Test the Visual Overlay:
How to Test Phase 3:
- Click "Start Visual Tour" - A dimmed overlay should appear
- Look for the blue highlight around the target element
- Read the popover message and click "Next" to proceed
- Watch the popover move to highlight different elements
- Try the "Previous" button to go back a step
- Click "Finish" on the last step or "Skip" to end early
- Test clicking outside the popover - it should also end the tour
